Map the places where people actually work
For a Temple project spread across separate areas, list the occupied zones and peak workers in each. One central location may not be convenient for every group. Discuss distribution, safe walking routes and whether facilities need to change position between project stages.
Define the boundaries around occupied space
Work can take place alongside customers, visitors or staff who are not part of the project. Keep restroom queues and service activity from conflicting with entrances or vehicle movement. Tell the rental contact about access restrictions and who can approve a final position.
Assign responsibility for supply concerns
Agree who reports a low supply, damage or unexpectedly high use. Regular service is easier to coordinate when there is one informed contact rather than several conflicting instructions. Confirm cleaning, access and extensions as part of the ongoing arrangement.
A quote for the actual arrangement
Compare the equipment, delivery and pickup, servicing and supplies—not only the rental duration. Explain fixed access windows or other restrictions before confirming. A request is not a reservation, and a requested date is not an agreed delivery time.
