Explain whether you need secure storage or occupied workspace. Include the surface, delivery approach, turning space and removal route. Offices can bring separate utility and site-permission questions, so confirm the actual unit and responsibilities before booking.
Tents, accessories and shower trailers
Start with the use and layout rather than a product photo. Describe seating or activity space, setup windows and any restrictions on anchoring. For showers, discuss water, power, wastewater and expected usage. Confirm the available configuration and what supporting equipment is included.
Holding tanks and construction equipment
Identify the connected facility, contents or task involved. Tank capacity alone does not establish compatibility; access for servicing and approved fittings also matter. For machinery, discuss the application, ground conditions and required operating arrangements rather than assuming a model from a generic category.
Coordinate the layout before equipment arrives
Keep restroom access, handwashing, vehicle movement and collection routes visible on the same plan. If several suppliers or contractors are involved, nominate a site contact to resolve placement conflicts. Confirm the agreed scope and any permissions directly.
