Look beyond the attendance total
For a Little River Academy activity with teams, shifts or scheduled breaks, tell us when people are likely to use the facilities together. A concentrated interval can matter more than an even spread of attendance. Describe the timetable and any permanent facilities available during it.
Put handwashing where it will be used
Consider the route from the toilets back to the main activity, and discuss the position of separate washing stations. Confirm water, wastewater, soap and replenishment arrangements for the actual setup. A sanitizer dispenser is not the same feature as a water-based handwashing station.
Coordinate equipment arrivals
If other suppliers are setting up at the same time, keep the restroom delivery space and service path on the shared plan. Tell the venue contact which entrance is intended and when the site must be ready. Public or managed locations require their own permission review.
A quote for the actual arrangement
Compare the equipment, delivery and pickup, servicing and supplies—not only the rental duration. Explain fixed access windows or other restrictions before confirming. A request is not a reservation, and a requested date is not an agreed delivery time.
